Afrihealthnet works with a number of partners that provide training and support to member hospitals. Hospitals and doctors join the network through any one of AHN partners.
Registration on AHN is a very simple process. Registration is
open to everyone. However those seeking to register as patients are only
allowed to register through any of our member institutions.
Registration with AHN follows the following simple procedures:
1. Submission of organisation data. This data
includes basic information about the organisation including company
location, range of services and staff information. This is achievied
through any of our partner contacts.
2. Payment:
Members only pay a yearly fee of N500($4.00) or
N650($5.00, internet access inclusive) per patient when
registering themselves or their customers as patiients. This fee covers
records, support and basic data entry services provided by AHN. Hospitals,
health organisations and other medical professionals can register with AHN
for free. See the AHN MLM Program for an alternate means of
registration.
3. Account Creation: After
payments are made, login accounts are created for the users. These
accounts can be used by members to access features authorized for the
group to which the member belongs.
4. Training:
. Training and support is provided to member institutions by any
of one of the AHN partners. The length of training and support is
dependent on the needs of any given institution.
